Definitely the best barbecue brisket and ribs I have ever eaten and I've eaten it a lot in different barbecue restaurants. It's nice to have Charlie here in Bandera, hope to keep him around for a while.

Definitely the best barbecue brisket and ribs I've ever eaten and I've heard the same about his sausage, chicken and other plates. Good to have Charlie here in Bandera, hope we keep him around for a long time to come. Just wish he could stay open all year around.

I only have one complain and that is He runs out of barbecue way too soon. You have to get there before 11 or he'll be out of ribs by noon.
