Waited at least 30 minutes, just to order at the drive through, then the food was cold. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry. There were only two cars ahead of me. I’m not exaggerating. Never again. 🤮🤮🤮

Service is always slow it takes at least fifteen mins or longer just to order sometimes longer I just leave after 30 mins
I try not to go there very often. If I do it is just for a Sunday.

Seriously, the food we had here was better than TJ's or Trail Boss, which were both horrible and expensive during our stay. Same ole breakfast stuff here at Sonic but at least we could eat it and not drop close to $100 doing it.....and we got it fast too.

We drove almost 30 minutes to get here and planned to get tater tots and some sonic blasts as a snack. Well sure enough, the guy taking our order was quick to inform us that the ice cream machine is down. Now whether it was actually down or the workers hadn’t felt like starting it up yet for the day, I don’t know. But he gave me no explanation, no recommendation of when to try coming back for it to be fixed. Sonic seems just about pointless without their ice cream machine. We cancelled our order and went somewhere else.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to even take our order and Jesse who took our order had an extreme attitude. It took 30 minutes for them to finally bring out the food and the tots, onion rings and burger was cold… the only hot thing was the burrito. There weren’t many cars there and we were there for 40 minutes.

Second time our order wasn't right. And not about to drive back, wasting gas and time because they can't do it right the first time. Sonic overall has gone downhill so this is one franchise I will not be going to anymore.
