I'm second in the drive thru waiting almost 20 minutes. Watched the server go to the queue of vehicles with food ordered as after me. And she would stop and ask what I ordered after I told her twice already. Still waiting as I type this. If this wasn't a small town I would leave but don't want DNA in my food if I come back (which I won't ever do...).

This Sonic has big issues, makes you wonder how clean it is internally. On-line ordering is constantly unavailable. The time it takes to order IF they decide to answer after pushing button. The time it takes to get the food and hopefully it is at least warm. This tells you something about Sonic as a corporation. To be fair you do have to stop and think it is located in Bandera. Sonic and the other inferior establishment coming into town must be in competition for last. Maybe it is the employee's at all the fast food franchises in Bandera.

Didn’t get my complete order very disappointed and I live like 9 miles away maybe I should have opened and went through the bags to make sure it was all there but if they were doing their job I shouldn’t have to and I always tip so Idk why

Every single time I've come to this sonic it's taken FOREVER for them to bring food or drinks. Most of the time all I get is a drink/shake and it takes them way too long, it's ridiculous. Who's managing this place? It's not even that busy and I'm still waiting for my drinks. I got here by 6:30 pm and it's currently 6:57 pm. There is no need for it to take this long. Either get these workers to speed up and improve or close this place down. Extremely disappointing, this is supposed to be a FAST FOOD place.

I'm guessing the girl in a red shirt was the manager on duty when my food was brought out the tater-tots and fries were cold I asked them to please remake them all she did was dio them into the frying and brought them back and still cold and gross. And I feel sorry for the poor girl that had to bring me out cold food directed by her manager.
The staff is always friendly and the service times are within reason. The car hop Deja has been a breath of fresh air and she's fast!

Every single time, without fail, my food is absolutely cold. Doesn’t matter if I get a burger, fries, corn dog, or literally anything that should come out hot, its cold to the touch. It’s a gamble on if you’ll get food poisoning or not. Even if there are no cars in front of me waiting on an order, it takes them forever to take an order. Then you’re waiting on your food minimum 15 minutes, even if you only ordered a fry. No explanation as to why they take so long. I hope yall get cited for the things yall get away with👀
Almost every stall is broken and most of the time my order is wrong. Go burger king instead.

So today I had sonic for breakfast. I went to the bandera tx location. I had a breakfast burrito and a vanilla iced coffee. The breakfast at sonic is better than burger King. You can can a iced coffee but in a bigger size. The service at sonic at the bandera tx location is good. I will definitely be returning

So appareny Sonic in Bandera doesn’t want anyone to buy drinks there. They just charged me over four dollars for a large coke! Yesterday morning I bought one at the Sonic in Canton Texas for a dollar. I can go anywhere And buy a drink for way less than 4 dollars. Amd I will
