Our 2nd time here in the past 3 months. Food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. Being from Wisconsin and having the Bulleit Old Fashioneds, made me feel as if we were at home. The prime rib and ribeye were out of this world. Baked sweet potatoe with butter and cinnamon, baked potatoe, and fresh salad. Well worth the 1300 mile trip. Awesome to all involved at The Forge.
The food here was amazing, we had the chicken fried steak and grilled pork chops with mash potatoes and fried okra. The appetizer of fried mushrooms was also very good. Will definitely be coming back! The staff was very friendly and our server was on point!
Let me start by saying Vicky (Victoria) is the friendliest kindest waitress ever! She was super attentive and extremely personable! Please ask for her if she’s available!!
My fiancee and I came to Bandera for a quick getaway for our anniversary. We tried TJ’s and ended up going back the next day to grab takeout on our way home. It was so delicious! I had the chicken cordon bleu with mushroom sauce. The sauce is out of this world! My better half had the chicken fried steak...
