We picked up chicken, sausage, brisket, ribs and all the sides for a family gathering Saturday, December 30th. Every single item was absolutely amazing! Our guests continued raving about everything all day!! The meal was ready when requested, hot and ready to go! The best barbecue in Texas!! The ribs are my favorite as they are so tender and good. I am a rib snob and these are the best I have ever had!!The brisket is absolute perfection. It is super juicy and delicious with just the right amount of smokiness and marbling. The meat is so tender and tasty. The accompanying barbecue sauce is tangy with just a hint of spice.The sides change up as does the menu, but it is a must try!!
