WOW! What a gem for amazing TexMex. This was a drive by and I’m so glad I did. I had breakfast tacos last weekend. Awesome. Today I had a Pastor and a Barbacoa soft taco with corn tortillas. 🤯🤯🤯. Dang. So much flavor and a hearty serving of meat on each. I HIGHLY recommend Jalisco’s Food Truck if you are passing through Bastrop and want some great TexMex.
Was recommended this place for the dessert and they did not disappoint. Would for sure come here again for their flan. Their 4 mini tacos de pastor were also delicious along with the salsa.

Make sure ur order is right before u get all the way home. Food is good but they NEVER get my order right . I check before leaving cuz I know it’s gonna be all wrong or missing something.
