Service honestly sucks. Im sorry but I have to say the truth. The guys here looks like they are playing. You come to the place and one lady is acting if don't see any customer waiting on the line.

Let’s keep it short and Simple. Multiple visits lately. Always out of most everything in stock every visit. They offer 7 kind of breads and in the last 5 to 6 visits. Options are white or wheat. And the attitude i receive during my visit when requesting my meal not to include the eye rolls when I have something to say about double meat options. I hands down have given up on this place and its management. If I could offer 0 stars I would have. Even 1 star is overrated.

My online order was so wrong that I truly believe it was done on purpose. My turkey sandwich was missing the cheese, pickles, banana peppers, and pepper. My bag did not have the chips, and I didn’t see the chips sitting on the chip rack where they use to be. Lastly, I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and they gave me two double chocolate. I ordered online bc I was short on time so I didn’t have time to wait in the huge line to get things fixed. Very disappointed.

Placed a simple app order and 2 of the 3 subs were wrong. Everything on the receipt was correct. Ordered double meat and extra cheese with just mayo and ranch. Got no extra meat or cheese and lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles. How hard is it to get a simple sub right?

If there was an option for negative 5 stars I'd pick that! We got there at 830 and the hours of operation says they close at 10. We walked in and Shelby was the one who took our orders. I asked if they were closed, she said they are closing and I said "oh well we can leave". She then asks what kind of bread do I want. So I'm thinking okay so they DO close at 10 they are just prepping for closing. I tell her turkey with provolone. She then mutters (I can only assume she thought I couldn't hear her...) "we should have locked the doors earlier". People are rolling in! There was about 6-8 people that came in thinking the place closes at 10. The guy taking the trash out says, yeah we closed a little bit early but you can order. (He was super nice btw). Anyway back to SHELBY, she asks for the third time what kind of cheese do I want because she so focused on who is walking thru the door. I ask for provolone. She then moved my sandwich down and says (I kid you not) "okay what kind of sauces would you like? We don't have vegetables." And I was like you don't have any vegetables behind the counter? Now mind you, half of the counter was cleared out, but I can't see behind that metal door so I didn't know if maybe they condensed down to one side or not. And she says "oh it's in the back I can get some." I said if it's too much to ask for we don't have to eat here we can go somewhere else that's open, I don't want to make you work harder. She ignores me and gets the lettuce. I asked for mayo next and she stuffs 2 mayo packets underneath my sandwich. Now mind you, there was a bottle of mayo right there! And she starts to wrap my sandwich up. I stop her and ask if I can have oil, salt, and pepper, since I can see that they are not put away. She puts salt and pepper and then starts to wrap my sandwich again. And I said "do you not have any oil?" And she says "yes we do. It's right there." I then ask can I have some? She says "you want oil?" I say yes and thennnnnnnnnn she LATHERS MY SANDWICH IN VINEGAR. So I'm stressed because they are obviously closed and hour an a half early, she's muttered rude comments the ENTIRE TIME, and she's not even done with the sandwich of the guy behind me. I tell her I don't want it, and I'm not going to pay for that and I leave. And my entire problem is idc if you're closed early, just say that veggies aren't available and if I'm cool with just slices of cheese and turkey, that's what they can offer me. I would have said no thank you and left mildly annoyed. But SHELBY decides to go the Boomer route and be passive aggressive the entire time. So your plan was to throw me at and cheese on some bread and charge me full price???????????? The vinegar was just the straw that broke the camels back. And I know, I get it, you wanna go home. You wanna close early, I've worked in food service, I get it. But if you can't pretend to like your job while you're working it, maybe you should work elsewhere. I have quit every job that made me miserable, everyone does! Nobody wants to work for fun, we all work because we need to. But if you can't at the very least be nice to customers, why are you here?????????? Call out, go home, QUIT! I WORK HARD TOO! AND I WANTED TO USE MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR A Sandwich. So now I'm back at my place eating air like that SpongeBob episode because everything else that's available now that my time has been wasted is all greasy fast food. Respectfully, Shelby needs to retire. As I'm walking out, the guy taking the trash out asks what's wrong, and I'm not gonna sit there and go back and forth. If you don't want my business, just say that. And since Shelby can't be anything but passive aggressive, there's no point in even saying anything. I'm not gonna bash someone because they don't wanna do their job, I'm just gonna leave.

This location does not honor coupons, nor do they tell you ahead of time that they do not honor the coupons as they are written. This is the second time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this location, and I will never return. I would highly suggest you not spending your money at this location. When asked why they would not honor the coupon I brought in, they said that the owner of that particular store has told them not to, I had brought in a three for $17.99 coupon. Cashier tried telling me that the only way to honor that coupon is if it was all for the same kind of meat. The coupon does not state that anywhere on it, only excludes certain sandwiches, which is not what I had ordered anyway.

I quit going in to order because of Ziggy always complaining about employees, and I quit going here completely because there's always something they're out of, usually bacon. Last time Ziggy told me I had to pay extra for extra lettuce and onions. So today we decided to bypass going in to order and ordered on the app. Ordered just fine. Got there to pick up my order and I ordered 50% more meat for an extra 1.50 and it was not on it. Then on my American there was no BACON, what a surprise. So I went to get it fixed. Ziggy, of course was the employee, and very irritated when he had to tell me they were out of bacon and got moody about having to fix the other. I wasn't offered a replacement meat for bacon or a discount of any kind. $45 for lunch meat sandwiches that you can't even get made correctly is getting really old at thus location.

I've been coming to this subway for several months, once or twice a week. Today the district manager (CB)was up front making sandwiches, very condescending of his coworkers, very rude to the manager Chris who is a very kind and curtious person. Told the other sandwich maker that that he put to much tuna on my sandwich and he should charge me extra for that , told him to level the tuna scoop and don't forget it. I've been getting a senior discount everytime I come in this store, after asking him for it he spoke up very loudly as to embarrass me in front of the other customers " a senior citizen discount?" We do not offer a senior citizen discount.... I told him I always get one here ... everytime. He said nope.Bad business CB. I will be putting the word out. It will cost you future business. To the rest of the crew, thank you for everything, you were always great!

They were low on all vegetables. Guess a shortage of food or they didn't want to put fresh vegetables out. Person loading bread with meats was slow and not put the usual amounts on. The person doing the vegetables on was putting on as little vegetables as she could. They were out of mayonnaise. Instead of putting napkins in bag neatly she just grabbed a bunch and threw them in. Very poor performance today.

Only order from here if you plan to go in & WATCH them make it. I ordered a Boss with 50% extra protein & some black olives. The sandwich had no extra meatballs or pepperoni. And it was missing black olive entirely. I tried calling them within minutes of picking up my order, but no one answered even though the store had been completely empty of other customers.
