don’t go to the subway! i came to pick up an order & no one was in the front and the door was locked - it was 8pm and they were still open ( open sign was on & they close at 10 )! i called and a boy picked up saying they are open but didn’t unlock the door for me to get my order. instead, he started mopping and ignored me standing up front and knocking … who hired this dude!

Well you would think having an additional subway location would ensure they you could get a sandwich…nope. Once again being impaired seems to be a prerequisite for employment. Service was faster until the sandwich maker lost his knife, down and to the right buddy. I was informed that thus store did not not have ham, what? They could have gone across town and took some the other store would not have noticed.

Never have issues on any subway before, this time come in this location for 3 foot long, I have to pay with $50 because is all I have, the men there he said can't accept more than $20 dollar bills is the new rule and he was the manager..it was around $35 dollars to pay, I said that is ridiculous , I told him is all I got, so have to cancel my order and he said is fine will give the sandwiches to someone else. I told him ok , never came back here

I've been coming to Subway the majority of my life and I have never had a Subway worker tell me you can't put more of an item on a sandwich. I even offered to pay extra for the extra amount. I will not be coming back to this subway at all because it is very clear that they are skimpy on their ingredients. No other Subway and I have been to several within the last 2 months has ever told me that I couldn't have more items on my sandwich. I would never recommend this location ever. I didn't even enter my rewards because I was just done. And what made it worse is I'm pretty sure the owner was standing right there and didn't say a damn thing. Skimpy. That's ridiculous.

Came in to order food for me my husband and daughter dude behind the counter was complaining there was no bread and he hasn’t been able to make it on understandable THEy HAd 4 workers there I’ve seen subways with 2 and still be in stock of items that they offer I only wanted a meatball protein bowl and they also did not have meatballs cooked very disappointed in this location normally I go here because it’s better than other location not this time I guess they need 6 people or you can’t get food

All of the produce looked expired. Manager, I assume, waved me off and told me to hold on a minute while trying to order. Apparently her text conversations were more important than doing her job. They were out of spinach and a couple more produce items. They were also out of lids for medium and small sized drinks. I ended up getting sick after eating the sandwich, despite not getting any vegetables on it for once. Won't even think about eating there again.
Fast, friendly and accurate. Used a coupon - $8 total for two of us to eat and split a footlong. Sandwich was delicious. Only a few tables needed to be wiped- otherwise, perfect!

I keep trying, but this store is apparently not well managed. It's very hit or big miss. Bowls, sometimes they dont ever have bowls available to put the food in, but dont tell you until you get there. Sometimes, it's a loose saran wrap lid. Sometimes you get the extra half portion of meat you pay for, Sometimes you dont. Sometimes they'll add the extra olives, Sometimes you'll get 5 slices. Sometimes, you won't get any of the banana peppers you added. If you add bacon to a sandwich, it may be cold and uncooked looking.

This sandwich is a regular menu item and the only modification I made was to add black pepper. But even then all I got was a meat and Mayo sandwich on bread that wasn't even toasted. Couldn't even toast the bread.
