Went to Bastrop today to Taco Cabana drove from Elgin, simple order, 2 Beef Tacos, Largen chips and Cheese, Taco Grande plater and order of refried beans. GOT; 1/2 the Taco Grande meal and chips...did pay full price for everything! Called the corporate office and they hung up on me, called local TC and they would not answer. Protect Yourself, very poor service, from start to finish.

MANAGER: you are creating a bottle neck for the kitchen by sending cars to park out front and wait for their order. That is too much pressure on the kitchen! Our order was incomplete 3 TIMES! That is not a good business practice. Also, the tacos are falling out of the foil. Slow it down. Quality is always better in the long run which equates to returning customers and better ratings.
