The restaurant offers covered outdoor picnic tables, with orders placed inside at the counter and then directed to the back to pick up food or rent small cabins for overnight stays. The cabins are available for $79 per night Monday through Thursday and $129 on weekends, but need to be booked in advance. Brisket and sausage are the only meats served here, with the brisket having a good solid smoke ring and being very moist and flavorful. A two-meat plate with two sides costs less than $15, making it an affordable choice. Customers can enjoy their BBQ with one or two of their very good sauces. The jalapeño sausage isn't very spicy, and the sides are quite average, but overall, visitors find this place worth the trip and look forward to returning.
