Well I never thought I would say this. I have loved going here for the past few months. I used Ivy back when she owned Bay Dreams. I called today to make an appointment for some time in the week with Ivy she answered the phone said she could do my refill today. She said what time would you like. I loved this place and was always happy with my nails. But today I called to make an appointment for sometime this week with Ivy. Ivy answered the phone and said she has openings this afternoon and what time I would like an appointment with her. I asked her if she had a two o’clock she said yes see you at two. I have been a customer of Ambience nails lounge for several months. I loved the way they did my nails. I was also very pleased with the people that worked there. That all ended today when MC did my nails. I recognized her as someone who had done my nail before and thought she had worked at the nail saloon in Walmart. I was informed that she had not worked at Walmart nail saloon. MC was very aggressive while doing my nails. I am using the term aggressive instead of rough....read full review
