I like chills but it's really a hit or a miss with locations some are fire some are trash. After 3 different chili's in a row being trash I'm gonna not go for a while
The service quality depends completely upon which server you get. I have had terrible service and great service, so it's kind of a crap shoot. Ambiance is standard Chili's, no complaints, we all know what to expect. The ribs are always good, same for the burgers. I feel terrible that I can't remember her name, but there is a bartender who has red hair, and heavy, but lovely eye makeup, and she is always attentive but not overbearing, even when she's very busy. Chips and Dip with queso was good one night and the chicken,fries, and macroni were good another night. Service was not to bad. Waitress was extremely nice. Sat in bar area and could have had a better variety of sports on the TV's as three of the five tvs had the same thing on. There were other events on that evening.
