Grand Buffet offers friendly staff who make frequent visitors feel like old friends. Parking is convenient, with plenty of space and adequately sectioned handicapped parking. The restaurant is kid-friendly, providing boosters, booths, and space for families, and features big double doors at the entry for wheelchair accessibility. The food is great, with a good variety of Chinese, American, and kid-friendly options like chicken nuggets, cheese pizza, and egg rolls. There is a small salad bar, and the buffet includes items such as beef pot roast, fried rice, lo mein, puffy chicken, okra, roasted veggies, and pork with sweet and sour chicken, all generally well-maintained with hot, fresh food always available. Although the music may not be to everyone's taste, it adds some atmosphere, which is otherwise simple and clean. Staff are helpful and quick to clear tables. The restaurant is very clean and offers a pleasant dining experience, with plenty of seating for all. Prices are reasonable, and the buffet is easy to navigate, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Visitors have noted that labeling the food could improve the experience, and some feel the ambiance is a bit plain, but overall, Grand Buffet remains a popular choice for a satisfying meal.
