Right when I walked in I felt so uncomfortable. Both guys were sitting down on their phone while the store was a mess. The guy with the neck tattoo talked inappropriate things the whole time he was making my sandwichs to the other employee. Also the veggies looked like they weren’t changed all day. They looked bad. The bread was so stale that it was falling apart. I’m so disappointed.
The lady that worked there greeted me and my girlfriend nicely which is rare in bay city places to eat not much to say besides the service was great and she was happy to help us the whole time! And even wrote a note on our napkin that brighten our day!

Both employees "Darren and Eliana" were hardworking. Darren prepared really delicious sandwitches while Eliana was cleaning the restaurant.
