Missing items in a take out order is a total bummer. Ordered fajita entre and didn't get tortillas, by the time we went ALL THE WAY BACK the whole meal was cold. Once reheated we realized our queso was missing too. 2nd time this has happened and so not likely to ever go back.
We go to Chili’s every now and then and are always happy with the food and service. Today was exceptional because of our server, Jameson. It was obvious this young man cares about the customers and loves what he does. And the asparagus is off the charts! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Slow service. Have my wings to another customer, waited for them to replace. :(
