The catfish fillets were plump and juicy, and the shrimp were excellent, big and juicy with a light and crispy batter. The butterfly shrimp with fried rice was tasty, and the fried rice was seasoned well. The 1 pound of boiled shrimp with butter sauce was the bomb, and the shrimp etouffee had a lil spice. The jumbo butterfly shrimp and vermicelli with pork were cooked to perfection. Glad they have new owners, they can cook great seafood.
