Today I ordered a Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad, I asked for the chicken on the side because I wouldn’t be eating it right away.
The order taker puts in a cobb salad base $7.35 and a cafe filet cut up $4.84, which was fried by the way.
So I end up paying $12 and some change for a $9 dollar salad and the chicken was wrong.
Is this normal?
Their food is great and their service is usually really good. Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my...read full review
Every single time we stop at this location they forget something! I’ve never had that happen at a CFA, especially not every single time. And the thing is, when we stop by it’s because we are in town visiting family! Yesterday (7/19) I had to go back because my meal wasn’t in the bag, spent $60+ and it still wasn’t right.
