MANAGER ARRON DIDNT WANT TO KEEP A CUSTOMER. OVER $2...
Drove into a stall and pressed the red button and it was flashing. Waited 20 minutes and nobody even came on the intercom to say anything. I caught an employee that was walking around and asked if I could please get my drink order in. She then told me that I didn’t press the button correctly (you’re suppose to press and hold it for 2-5 seconds). By this time I had to press the button twice because it timed out.

this sonic sucks! typically takes 15 to 20 minutes to get just drinks. it's ridiculous. the people are rude and slow.
