“My family loves Taco Bell. Their food is hot, and the service is good. If they make a mistake, they make your order right. With great customer service and they add an extra drink or taco, whichever you choose. Just for the inconvenience. That's service from the old days when customer service meant something. It's good to know some businesses still practice the art of true customer service.“
“Went in recently after they opened the lobby from their remodel. Was going to order KFC, but they told me that it was closed down and that it was only Taco Bell. I was a bit disappointed but I ordered tacos. The service was great, I had to get help with the kiosk. The girl showing me was really patient with me even though she was juggling drive thru orders thru her headset. The tacos I ordered came out really fast, which seems like a big improvement from when they still served KFC. Very fresh and crunchy. Will eat here again.“
“Overall, in all the times I've been there, I've only had a consistently good experience when one particular employee is there. The rest of the time, they don't seem to have any personality or friendliness. Now, I get it, food service and customer service sucks but you're in that line of work. At least pretend you care. And God forbid you're allergic to tomatoes. All but one time have I ever actually received no tomatoes on my food despite requesting no tomatoes each and every time.“
