“I’m not one to judge based on a single experience, so this is from the handful of times I’ve been since they’ve opened. I’ve noticed that there’s always one or two small inconveniences when I go here, like making me pay individually for the avocado salsa, but then not giving me the amount I paid for, or forgetting utensils for things like the cantina bowl. Nothing crazy, but just enough to be noticeable (heart is broken today cuz they forgot my chips, and they only gave me guac lol). “My family loves Taco Bell. Their food is hot, and the service is good. If they make a mistake, they make your order right. With great customer service and they add an extra drink or taco, whichever you choose. Just for the inconvenience. That's service from the old days when customer service meant something. It's good to know some businesses still practice the art of true customer service.“
“Went in recently after they opened the lobby from their remodel. Was going to order KFC, but they told me that it was closed down and that it was only Taco Bell. I was a bit disappointed but I ordered tacos. The service was great, I had to get help with the kiosk. The girl showing me was really patient with me even though she was juggling drive thru orders thru her headset. The tacos I ordered came out really fast, which seems like a big improvement from when they still served KFC. Very fresh and crunchy. Will eat here again.“
“I love the customer service. I dined in for the first time and not only was the manager on duty very knowledgeable the cashier who assisted me at the kiosk to place my order was very knowledgeable as well. I loved knowing I was able to make adjustments to certain items when for the longest I never knew I could. This location specifically has the best fresh tasting food that comes out very quickly in my opinion.“
