“The pupilas here were great!! Best I've had in a while and clearly made to order. I forgot to take a pic but great price and size it nice too. Nice and hot. Ordered the mixed,the cheese, and the bean and cheese. My faves were the cheese and bean and cheese. The ambiance was rated low as the restaurant was empty and the decor is lacking. Based on food it's 5star on pupusas.“

“I love coming here with my mom to eat. It's a nice, small space and I have never had bad service here. When you arrive, you can sit anywhere and they'll come up to your table to get your drink orders and give you the menu. After that, give you a few minutes to look over it and decide what you'd like. The food is fresh and is authentic mexican food. I highly recommend the shrimp quesadillas!“

“Don't be fooled by the exterior of the restaurant. This place is VERY good . The prices are low, the service is fast, and the food is very tasty.
<5 of us ate for $60, including some empanadas AND an entire to-go container >“

“Great little place with authentic food. We were in the area for passport applications and had to stop here. The service is a little slower than normal but the place was packed.
There was a mixture of food ordered from tacos, to plates, to chicken nuggets and all of it was great.“

“This is a fun spot for breakfast for us. The food is always good and they have some strong coffee. We have had some issues with service. They seem to usually prioritize the bigger regular parties when we visit. I get they are regulars, but it has been frustrating before. Staff is very nice, but don’t always check in for coffee refills or things like that. Haven’t tried lunch yet but it looks good. We have been going there for two years now and will continue to do so. Hoping to be a regular someday!“

“I ordered a barbacoa taco and wanted to know the size. The gentleman at the register said that they're small taquitos or regular tacos. I ordered 1 regular Barbacoa taco. The taco was super small. Next time I will order two. Food is excellent so I still give them a 5.I also ordered two other breakfast tacos which were a little bigger.“
“I’ve been waiting for this!!! It’s awesome to see the Richmond location booming like the original! The test for me is food and specifically the Darlene! I’ve had many over the last 20 years so I got 2 today. Consistency is key when you expand and they nailed it. Tastes just as good as it did 20 years ago! Can’t wait to go back for dinner or a coffee…impressive restaurant!“

“First time ordering the chicken nuggets. I don't like the look. Presentation is still the key. The taste was good but wasn't hot. The flavor of the outside was seasoned well. My Doritos taco was good. So not a great 1st time try for me.“

“The menudo en on the weekend is so good . Then you get the Gorditas Chicarron and Carnitas . 👍🏼 then the tacos a like street tacos from Mexico !!!“
