“You have to try the tamales at Johnnys! I am a die hard tamale lover and the tamales were delicious. My recommendation would be the tamales (obviously), fish tacos, tres leches, churros, and chips & salsa! Our waiter was incredible! He was very welcoming, attentive, and polite. Service is extremely important and depending on your waiter and restaurant, it can be hit or miss. However, that was not the case during our visit. Hospitality was prioritized which was evident after meeting both manager and owner. Great experience!“

“Amazing big mix plate, great taste, tender and well seasoned fajita and can definitely feed more than 2 people. Me and my wife share it but also have enough to give to our kids (they mostly eat the sausage and chicken) come with chicken, fajita, sausage and a cup of beans with tortillas. Definitely recommend. $30 for the big mix plate but can for sure feed 2-3 adults.“

“Tried here for the first time tonight. I was really impressed. Kind of a hole in the wall spot. Al Pastor is what you want. Super juicy and fresh. Their meat has great flavor. Portions are VERY generous too. Staff was very kind as well. Tacos are $2.5 a piece. I would recommend!“

“If you haven’t visited Pollo Bravo, you need to stop what you’re doing a run here! The minute you walk into the restaurant you are greeted with a warm welcome. You can pick wherever you’d like to sit, and the waitress will bring you a menu. We usually start with the green plantains and the crispy taquitos. Each time I come (which is quite often), I try something different. Their food is always fresh and made to order. Their prices are fair and the quality of their food is out of this world! They are also family friendly, and have a kid’s menu. I have yet to be disappointed and I know you will feel the same, so the next time you are wanting to try something different bring your entire family!“

The ladies were so kind and helpful. We had a little conversation about the menundo and pozole (which they sell on the weekends).
