Chema Pollos al Carbon (Food Truck) serves an amazing big mix plate with great taste, tender and well seasoned fajita, chicken, sausage, and a cup of beans with tortillas. One big mixed plate is enough for three people and can definitely feed 2-3 adults, with good portions that are cost effective. An entire delicious meal for 2 is under $20, with excellent flavor of the chicken and perfect pollos asados.
