I have been going here since they opened they moved from next door I love this place and never have experienced anything but great service and great food. The man that works there is very nice and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
After an attempt to order pickup from IHOP online went awry, I decided to just go by Shipley's and pick up a few kolaches to drop by to a bereaved family member. Anyone who knows the area was the roads aren't in the best condition, but the having one driveway to enter and exit is really challenging when you have cars behind you flying like bats out of younknowwhere and will not slow down for you to turn. I'm a regular at Shipley's, but this is now my favorite location. I'm often greeted by a friendly employee, Valeria C. She is caring, attentive and speedy quick with my drive thru and dine-in orders. My kids ask to go to this location specifically because Valeria is so sweet to them. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. We surely appreciate all the effort. <3
