Absolutely great food, Jorge and his staff are the best! So welcoming and friendly- you won’t be disappointed at all! I’ll definitely be returning again - The food is authentic sooooooooo FRESH and DELICIOUS 😋 Hidden treasure in Missouri city, TX!!
Definitely a hidden gem.. Family owned authentic Mexican restaurant with friendly staff and their food is delicious. I highly recommend the large tostada, chicharron crujiente, menudo, homemade tortillas, and their delicious enchiladas suizas. We love it so much, we visit often and have tried different meals. I can say, we haven’t been dissatisfied with anything.
Totally delicious, everything we had — from the guacamole w/crispy & meaty chicharrones, which our server recommended, to the handmade corn tortillas, the gorditas with their very flavorful fillings, and the tacos al pastor — and even the refried beans (and the charro ones, too!). You can tell they put a lot of thought into how they season each dish. La Siberia y La Malinche is a super authentic, family-owned hole-in-the-wall restaurant serving authentic central Mexico cuisine. It is a local favorite. The menu is full of delicious options, from a variety of amazing tacos and excellent barbacoa to very tasty soups like the caldo soup. The tostado siberia especial, mole, asado de puerco with handmade tortillas, flautas, and charro beans are all exceptional. Their breakfast food is also recommended. Starting with the chips and salsa is a must, though the sauces are hot and spicy. The cornbread for dessert is incredible. The staff is very friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful, providing top-notch customer service. The food is fresh and they take great pride in it.
