Most of the employees are very rude, pretzels that are hard and stale.
Just visiting my family in Beaumont and stopped at this location. Newly promoted manager, Jonathan Sanders served us exceptionally well. Extraordinary service and fresh - very fresh pretzels!

Horrible customer service the guy working the register was super disrespectful over and over for no reason telling me to move when I was standing off to the side waiting for my pretzel which he was already upset about because I wanted the regular twist not bite I didn’t even wait I got my money back and when I was waiting for my money back he literally said you don’t have to stand right there.
