“Called in an order to go and spoke with a fella that took my order and made me feel like we knew each other. Very friendly and professional. Made me want to eat there again. Lol
He told me the food would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. When I got there, the food was ready in time, fresh and ready to go. This is a small place with a family-friendly atmosphere. Great place, great food, and great atmosphere. Give this place a try. You shouldn't be let done. Highly recommended!!“

“Visited here from out of town. Very interesting place with gators in the small lake beside it. One order was for Fireball Chicken but someone forgot the fire! Another order was flounder with crawfish etouffee for $27.00 The Flounder was luke warm and the size of your palm with a spoonful of etouffee. The other two orders of fried shrimp and fries seemed to be the best so perhaps this restaurant should stick to that type of menu. Our waitress was excellent.“

“Always enjoy eating at Sam’s!!!! It’s on my places to eat list when come in from Louisiana to help take care of my dad. The staff is always very kind and even gave my mom a gift certificate. They eat there a lot, due to many Dr visit.“

“I worked with them for 2 years before leaving after management abuse. They tell us to not do milkshakes even tho the shake machines are running and there is way to much cross contamination that is caused by the new workers who get into the very small kitchen they have“

“We have been avoiding this place the last couple months due to bad service but we went the last 2 day in a row and got the same server Jason and he did awesome taking care of us and accommodating and makeing it happen with our crazy kids . We will continue to come weekly and ask for him ! Oct 4th 2024“

“Came here before picking up my aunt and uncle for the airport.. my husband, son and I ate here, although I couldn't see the menu well, my son did.. we ordered clean restrooms, friendly service out all 5 stars I still give a 4 for overall.. food was great.. then my husband ordered so please no matter how young or old you are.. do your best... NO MATTER WHAT‼️♥️“

“This was our first Wendy's stop since leaving California... this spot was fresh, quick, and friendly service. I did one of the Biggie deal meals I believe it was called. Double burger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a soda... for 6 dollars... great value and fresh n hot. The store was very clean, and so was the parking lot. If you've got a trailer or motorhome, there's a long strip to pull up on the side and park if need be. I was very satisfied with this location and would absolutely visit it again. It is also close to highway 96 i believe it was.. not sure, but it's close to the highway for those that jump off, grab a bite, and get back to the road. Hope you enjoy your visit as well, and this review helps someone too.

“Sonic on College st! I absolutely LOVE friendly fast food customer service ESPECIALLY when the food is PERFECT on top of it. I was going to post on Facebook but came here first! DONTRICE is a doll! Every time! I’ve only been here a handful of times but she’s always the car hop! This last time it was Uneeda and she was precious as well!! Thank you for being you! And the cooks in the back for making the best buffalo popcorn chicken EVER!“

“First time at the Port Arthur location the other night. got the classic bacon cheddar burger and fries. They were both great. Friendly service and good atmosphere. Definitely going to be a return customer.“
