“It’s been a long time since I walked into a McDonald’s that was fully staffed, clean, and running like they used to back in the day — almost instant order completion. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered assistance, and honestly, that alone was refreshing.

But the main reason I wanted to leave this review was because I saw the manager, Marbaell, literally chase a car across the street to give them the rest of their order after the driver accidentally pulled off without it. That level of attentiveness and customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out to me. You can tell the staff actually care about doing their jobs well and taking care of people.“
