McDonald's is a friendly and inviting restaurant with great, hot food and positive service. The staff is often praised for their attentiveness and kindness, with someone going around offering more condiments. The restaurant is clean and has a play area for the kiddos. Customers appreciate the use of the app to place orders, earning points that can be redeemed later. The team working during the morning shifts is considered to be attentive and helpful, providing good service. However, there have been reports of longer wait times, and some food items, like fries, may be overdone or not up to expectations. Occasionally, items in orders are forgotten, especially with curbside service, and some customers have experienced rude behavior from managers in the evening. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere remains positive, and staff often go out of their way to serve customers, such as guiding them to other stores for specific requests.
