“April 6th, 2024 visit. A very unpleasant experience at DaddiO's. The manager must have been off for the weekend. There were plenty staff members in the service area, but no one was caring about the customers. Hot alcoholic beverage with no resolution and a 40 minute wait for our order. No customer was receiving their order in the entire dining area. The food was cold and dry with zero taste and a $35.00 bill which is not bad if the food is quality, but a total fail and a very unpleasant experience. Unacceptable. The crew was just fooling around. I wish Willie Burger was still open. I do hope the owner views this post. My reviews are rarely negative. and I do give credit when it is deserving.“
“You better come hungry. 'Cause this place is gonna feed you! Blue collar, cafeteria style joint. Not fancy. Not healthy. You are here to EAT! And boy it's good. It's a meat n three type of place. The kind of lunch that'll put you in a coma after you've finished . Line might be long but service is fast. Need to get filled up for a reasonable price and get out on time... try this spot.“
“Some of the best Cajun food I've ever had. The smoked crab was the crown jewel of my plate. Smoky, buttery and they sprinkled a magic dust that you just couldn't help but lick your fingers. The fried green tomatoes were amazing as well. I already want to come back for that but the only set back was the wait staff. Didn't get friendly service, sprite was flat and asked for Dr pepper and it felt like I was bothering them. Then we didn't get any utensils, so I had to ask for that and basically got an eye roll. Lol But the food made everything better, so hopefully it was just a bad day for the 3 waitresses I dealt with. I definitely will be back tho. Thank you for the incredible food.“

“This place was highly recommended to me, because I'm from New Orleans and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE fish and shrimp! I have now visited Sam's twice in Beaumont, TX...I have had the seafood FRIED and GRILLED. I can honestly say it is DELICIOUS, and it's the closest taste to NOLA food that I've ever experienced in TeXas. I truly ENJOYED every bite, it was SEASONED perfectly, the STRING BEANS are also cooked perfectly...and I APPRECIATED my plates being cooked FRESH to order.“
“First time visiting and the food was Very good. I tried the turkey avacado burger, WOW! very flavorful and not dried out. The Jalapeño cheese vun was perfect with it (and not very spicy and just a little sweet) I also had there seasoned waffle fries and they were awesome as well, IMO, better than the chicken place... My hubby got the cheddar bacon burger and rings, he really enjoyed his food, too. Great discovery! Next time we are rolling through Beaumont, we will stop by for some burgers!“
“Staff was friendly and fast. Food came out really quickly. Funny thing did happen though, my burger had two bottom buns and my husband‘s burger had two top buns ? Nachos were awesome. “Every time I stop by on the way to China TX I'll get me some extremely delicious brisket or sausage. Their prices are reasonable and sitting at the picnic table enjoying the Texas weather and BBQ brings subtle joy to my life. 10/10 would recommend anytime.“
