Customer service was very poor and overall had a very bad first impression of this place. However the boba was served quickly, maybe too quickly if you’ve ever had boba this is not the place for you. The tapioca is not flavored like as many other places do with brown sugar or other flavors and therefore it tasted like tap water. The drink itself was HEAVILY iced and the flavor wasn’t there it’s just so watered down and tastes more like water than anything extremely disappointed. Definitely not worth the price. The boba in a can from 5 below is better than what we had here today.

This was the very first place I ever had boba tea. Brings back such good memories bc I now love boba so much. It was the first in Beaumont inside of the mall to have something like this. And shockingly, it's still thriving. Although I hear it's gone down hill a bit but everytime I come back to try it, it's the same nostalgic taste to me. My first fav was the chocolate milk tea. Almond milk tea was next. I still remember the taste to this very day. There was a lady who owned it for a while, and then she had another young lady run it for her. They were so nice. Boba was always so chewy and perfect. It's a must try if you're in the area or in the mall.

Everytime we go to the mall my daughter just has to have Cha Cha Teahouse. I think it's her favorite place in the whole mall.
Taste so good. Love the watermelon slush. Fast and easy service.
