Don't be put off by the fact that it's in a mall. MX Sushi is legit. The rolls were huge and beautiful and the service at the register was extremely friendly. Four stars for that. However, three of us shared four rolls, and they were a little too similar. We got the shaggy, the shrimp tempura roll, the salmon roll, and the caterpillar roll. I didn't think I was going to like this place, however, I ordered the Fried X'Mas Roll and Shrimp Teriyaki and was very impressed for Beaumont, Texas. The sushi roll was delicious and still hot when delivered. The shrimp teriyaki was a huge portion. I got half rice/half noodles. Fast service, good pricing and definitely worth it!

I love MX Sushi! The most affordable, and also the best tasting. My favorites are the poke bowl, the avocado tempura, and the Philadelphia roll (I'm a huge Philly roll fan, and they have the best and biggest ones in setx). So delicious!The staff is amazing and will speak to you like they're your best friend, and they make sure that you have what you need.The only negative thing I could possibly say isn't even their fault.
