Service and employees are decent, but the food is a different story. The chicken was so horrifically dry, that for the first time I can recall, I didn't finish even half of it. Fries are also sub-par and the actual subs are decent enough.

Eat there once a week. Food is always fresh. Love using the app and building up rewards and free offers. Staff is always friendly.
Anytime I come and order here the employees at the register have a nasty attitude. Today my mom went and wanted to order some food but she didn’t know if they were closed or not so she proceeded to ask one of the employees and she caught an attitude with my mom for literally no reason. All she did was ask if they were closed and the lady popped off.Sorry couldn’t get a better picture, but it’s a grown lady with what looks like black and red braids.

Was extremely disappointed with the service.I looked at the menu for a minute then politely asked the register lady a simple question and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. After her going off on me and trying to make me look stupid for asking a question, I didn’t even feel comfortable getting food here anymore.She didn’t have a name tag but she had long red dreads. I usually don’t leave reviews or complaints but I’ve never had someone be so rude to me that was there to make the business run better and give good customer service.

My first time ever. Service was great, and everyone polite! I had the jalapeno cheesesteak and bacon cheddar fries. Next time I'm going to get a large. That food was fantastic! I really enjoyed!
