Went at night to pick up a quick bite. Drive thru service was great. The lady that took my order was welcoming, had no attitude, and was kind. Everything was fresh and hot. I ordered the T-PAIN meal, and she informed me they were out of chicken bites, but she would give me an extra fry as an exchange. I was fine with that; it's not her fault they ran out. I will return based on CS alone. Thank you.

Very Fast and Very Clean Location and Great People!!! Food is the least expensive of the fast food available in Beaumont, beats Mc, King, wend, ECT...Food looks like the advertising!!! Big!!

It was my first visit to checkers in many years, and myself and a guest placed our order at the drive-through. We both commented about how amazing the food was, and although the service was quick and efficient, it wasn't friendly or welcoming by any means. However, the lack of warmth and acknowledgment given on this trip would not deter my patronage in the future if I am on that side of town.
