We went in drive threw the cook was rude to my husband food was cold so my hubby asked for our food to be redone the cook said noway we were there in line before they open food should of not been cold it was our money so we left the food got our money went to another food
We go there almost every day for lunch. They have the best staff. From front counter to cook. Food is always hot and fresh. The food is good and looks appealing. It is always clean and welcoming. We walk through the door and get greeted. And they always welcome us back when we leave. By far the best place in town for lunch! Keep up the good work.Dietary restrictions: They are so careful to make the food the way you ask.

It's baffling how the 11th St. Jack-in-the-Box makes customers exit the drive-thru lane to pick up their orders at the entrance door. This practice seems counterintuitive, except perhaps for gaming the system to manipulate time-tracking sensors. Such actions could violate company policies, distorting the perception of operational efficiency. Even with pre-placed orders, being asked to "pull around" despite being the sole car in line defies logic.
