“Awesome staff. Store is consistently clean. Product is always fresh and rotated. Management cares. Just be sure you check your options online instead of calling. You'll get better results that way and won't have to wait for them to have a moment to answer.“
“I've had not so great experiences with other Dominos in my area so I decided to go to beaumont, let's say I was not disappointed. Nathan, I think he's the manager was very helpful, and our pizza was perfect. All the staff was nice. I give it 5 stars“
“Edit: 02/23/25 - This Dominos location must have done an overhaul on management / employees since my original review. I've placed maybe 5 orders within the last 6 months or so and they have all been great - no complaints whatsoever. I usually do online ordering, so I don't have insight on many things, but everything involved with an online order and delivery have been excellent. Everything has been prepared and cooked great, delivered on time, and the drivers have all been very courteous and professional. The order I placed tonight reminded me to edit this review because of the excellent service I received. Hopefully things stay the way they are now! (End of Edit)
I have ordered from Dominos multiple times, and would think of myself as a loyal customer, specifically from the Phelan Blvd, Beaumont, TX location. Today, I was on my way home from work and decided to order a pizza for my wife and I. I called, and was on hold without receiving any answer for 18 minutes. Having had this happen multiple times in the past few weeks, I decided to drive to the store directly and voice my concern with the manager. When I arrived, the manager was in his office. I showed the clerk my phone and how long I have been on hold and asked to speak with the manager. The manager then came out of his office and I expressed my concern to him. The only thing he had to say was "We are very busy", and then walked back into his office without offering any type of other explanation or help. This is very poor management. I have worked at Dominos myself in the past for 2+ years, and this sort of customer service is very uncalled for.“
