Everytime i order from here, the pizza never delivered. I have to call them and they never answer. I have to come and pick up the pizza myself, not to mention it is burnt and cold. No refund for delivery charges or tip, Do NOT recommend spend your hard earn money elsewhere.
Ordered carryout and when I arrived home noticed I was missing a topping that I paid an additional fee for. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a representative as well as a manager and was told that I would have to drive all the way back to pick up the correct order. Horrible customer service, their job is to correct the error that they made or at least offer a credit for a future order. You shouldn’t inconvenience the customer due to your mistake.
