Jasmine and Jocelyn was the lady’s working today nd made my food bad my pizza dough was so nasty and undercooked I’m currently pregnant nd made me so upset I didn’t wanna eat anymore I called up there to get a refund and they want me to come all the way back to bring a box of pizza like I’m trying to finesse them i called and reported them hopefully I can get my money back but don’t go to This place

Everytime i order from here, the pizza never delivered. I have to call them and they never answer. I have to come and pick up the pizza myself, not to mention it is burnt and cold. No refund for delivery charges or tip, Do NOT recommend spend your hard earn money elsewhere.

Ordered carryout and when I arrived home noticed I was missing a topping that I paid an additional fee for. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a representative as well as a manager and was told that I would have to drive all the way back to pick up the correct order. Horrible customer service, their job is to correct the error that they made or at least offer a credit for a future order. You shouldn’t inconvenience the customer due to your mistake. I will definitely not be going back to this location.

Placed an order and got to see it was incorrect I was given the wrong pasta. The app clearly stated that it was checked for quality and it clearly wasn’t. Called the store and customer service was a 0 out of 10. I was required to bring the $8.00 pasta back for it to be resolved or be charged a delivery fee for it and it had to be done in the same business day or it was nothing that could be done. I clearly explained I could not go back to the store and it was an inconvenience for me for their mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The salad I received was nasty brown lettuce some on the bottom was slimey. Manager only offered two replace if I came back up there no refund offered or bringing it to me.

If I could give them a zero... I would! The absolute worse customer service ever. This is my third time having delivery issues with them. The first time I was told that the driver was behind and was still an estimated 45min out from my delivery. I was rudely told that I could come get it but there was no guarantee that I would be refunded my delivery fee nor the tip I gave the driver. All of that after I waited 10min for someone to even answer the phone. The second time they called me and said "We don't have a driver right now but your food is ready. You can cancel or come get it yourself." But this time was by far the worst! I intentionally selected traditional delivery and the driver, whom I tipped very well, left my food on the ground! I did not get a call, text, notification or anything. Even if there was some confusion about the delivery, I have a chair and a table right next to the door where they could have left my food. I walk outside to ant pizza and the wrong wings! It's been 37 minutes and I am still on hold to speak with someone about this issue! Why is it so easy to take my money but so hard for me contact someone about issues? Never again. We never had these issues when the store on Lucas was open.

Took so long to get my order and I live only 2 miles away, my pizza was made wrong and my wings look liked they we drizzled with sauce and thrown in the box. No one answered when I called and I waited on the phone for over 5

First time using the App and it said food would be ready between 11:14 and 11:24 went early because I wanted to order something else sat there until 11:36 asked for the $2.00 off because it was late and she said no because I did not check in on the App. My last time there. It's the principal of the thing for me.

Store is the absolute worst.. I have had so many problems with this location it’s ridiculous took two and half hours to get my food. They never answered the phone when I finally did get my food it was cold and nasty.. employee could care less and very rude about it by shrugging his shoulder and rolling his eyes when I complained. In other words this location is trash and don’t order from here. They treat their customers awful and could care less about you.

It’s okay. I picked up my online order and when I got home they were both wrong. I brought them back and they gave me 2 more that were correct-ish (still not extra cheese and mushrooms, but maybe my prospective of extra isn’t theirs?). But all in all the pizza was good.
