Pizza was undercooked, doughy. That's not good for a place that mainly only makes one type of food, pizzas. Place could use a good cleaning as well. Service was pretty good though.

Pizza Hut on Dowlen Road in Beaumont, Texas, has proven to be a friendly and helpful establishment. This location had great customer service and the food was prepared/ready pretty quickly. The manager on duty Alejandro made the experience a 10/10, treating customers with kindness and respect. Amazing customer service from employees makes customers feel like family. The pizza is great, fresh, hot, and ready, tasting better here than at other locations. The restaurant is very clean and is highly recommended for great service and good pizza.
