Sandwich is always hot and fresh. Employees are always friendly. They call your order back out to you. Tried a couple of the hot sauces from the hot sauce bar and they were very good and not too spicy.
Food: New York steamer combo is always my go to!! It was a 10 out of 10 my husband got the spicy dill hook he said spicy level was tolerable not overwhelming overall 8 out of 10
Service and atmosphere: Staff was super friendly and inviting tables were clean and the drink station was tidy. The bathrooms were also clean, and that's always nice. So excited to be visiting this location in the future...Thank you and Keep up the great work guys!

Got the Italian meatball sub today and also the firehouse steak and cheese service was quick. He was very knowledgeable about his sandwiches. Asked a lot of questions very engaging great experience.
