I had the beef tips, cabbage, yams and rice. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. Everything was delicious! This will be my new go to soul food place. A little pricey. The food was worth it.

If your looking for the best food in Beaumont, this is the place to get it. Amazing food and awesome service. Really big portions of amazing food, you will not be disappointed, definitely recommend eating here for some good delicious food.

This was our first time, but it will not be our last. Everything was so delicious! We enjoyed the smothered pork steak, fried chicken, pinto beans w/sausage, cabbage, yams, okra and tomatoes, and cornbread. 😋 Mmm, mmm, mmm! Everything was perfectly seasoned and oh so good.
We found the pricing to be slightly less than comparable restaurants, which was a real bonus. Three of us ate for~$55 - three dinners w/ three sides, each and drinks.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was spacious and very clean. Parking was also easily accessible.
We left feeling very full, but not miserably stuffed.
Jones Old Fashion Sausage & Restaurant has officially been added to our restaurant rotation. ❤️

This is definitely one of the best stops for soul food. The food was seasoned very well and the gravy did not taste store bought. I have the beef steak , black-eyes with rice gravy, cabbage. Mannnnnn… and the price was perfect. I also bought sausage and hog head cheese to take home. My wife had the smothered chicken yams, and broccoli rice. WOW!!!! The yams can be as a dessert. We also had the cake and the lemonade is the BEST around since Monceaus out of Port Arthur TX. I recommend this stop.

My dad is 98 years of age. He loves Jones Resturant. However, he went today for turkey wings. He got two pieces of wing tip, no part of flat of the wing and a piece of the drum of the wing. The rice was heated and I got butter beans rather than Lima beans. My Hamhock gravy was watery rather than rich full consistency. Wasted money today.

The food was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
