Had a date for 4:30pm. Doors are closed as of 4:40pm and no one is answering the phone…disappointing.

I recently dined at Koi Sushi Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with each piece prepared beautifully and full of flavor. The presentation was elegant, and you could tell the chefs put real care into every dish.especially try high Roller.

Tad disappointed
Sat in the corner and waited for atleast some water while waiters and staff just ignored us. Love the food if they let me have some ☹️

Do NOT expect the same quality food on carryout or delivery orders. The hibachi meat was totally dry and tasteless. If you get a suchi with a 'crunch' topping, it will arrive soft and pale. If you dine in, the meat is moist and saucy and the crunch on sushi seems to be hit with a culinary torch, brown and crunchy. Just lazy when it comes to those NOT dining in. I guess the cost of to-go plates and utensils comes at a price here.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but after getting home and finding plastic in my food, I absolutely must. First of all… the lady picking up an order before me spent over $80 on food from this restaurant and asked for extra soy sauce. The manager came up to the young lady at the front after the customer left, and scolded her for giving the woman extra sauce like she asked. lol what? And I don’t mean one small comment… I mean literally scolding her in front of me and went on a long 3 min rant about sauce and how people don’t know how much they’re asking for. Then commented on how expensive it is. If a customer is buying a big portion of food and asks for sauce to match that, who are you to scold a worker, let alone in front of said paying customers? 🤦🏽‍♀️ I could understand if your food and service quality is top tier, but for me to get home after that and find PLASTIC in my sushi is absurd. Whoever that gentleman was needs to be more concerned with what goes on in the kitchen.

This place is so good and brings a different atmosphere than other restaurants with the couches, definitely encourages the group to relax and have a conversation.

Love that they have a variety of appetizers and small dishes, almost makes it to where you could have a “tapas” Japanese experience. Also this makes it to where you can mix it up and not just eat sushi (although don’t get me wrong, the sushi is great).

The service is great, the owners are usually there working either the bar or the kitchen. He makes some mean cocktails and she can make an excellent creme-brûlée

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, it is the beat sushi in Beaumont Texas. The owners are wonderful and always take care of their customers with a friendly smile. Hands down 10 star rating

This place LOVES to over serve alcohol, especially if you’re an alcoholic.

This place is great. I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat, so I just had the sushi sampler. It was perfect for me today. I should have ordered more. I can't wait to return for more.

Food was amazing, my only issue was our server. Hygiene was not up to par, almost lost my food due to the smell. I won’t mention his name or what day I came, but they should really talk to staff about hygiene. Lost my appetite and asked for a to go box.
