First time going to Mack’s and I have to say the owners are doing right. Very friendly and amazing food. Tried the brisket taco and omg literally one of the best tacos I’ve tasted in my life. Me and my wife will def be going often. Today I ordered the rib plate with Mac and cheese and dirty rice. So much delicious food for the price I can eat twice out of a plate. Rib plate is where it is at ??. If you live in bevil oaks we have the best place right here by us check them out. ?
We had the brisket stuffed potatoes and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly too. We will be back.

This place is owned but a sweet family and they make the best food. We had the brisket cheesy potato and my husband had the brisket street tacos and they were scrumptious. I forgot my drinks and they delivered them to our house! They go over and beyond for their customers! Thank you so much!! ?❤️?

Finally had a chance to stop by today. I was craving some Boudain Mac and cheese, but there is limited menu for today. No worries - I went with the chili and chopped beef. The young lady at the window walked me through the toppers for both items. I had a nice conversation with Mack and about 5 minutes later I was on my way. The chili is very good. Very finely broken up. A touch of spice. The chopped beef is tender and delicious. I will ask for some extra sauce next time, but otherwise a huge serving of beef with nice smoke. $15.70 for both items and my bag included plenty of Napkins, plastic spoons and mints. I am looking forward to that boudain Mac soon.

LAWD this is the best place I’ve eaten at in awhile. They make you feel like family from the first visit. The food is to DIE for. And if you’re lucky and catch the gumbo special - well, your taste buds are in for a ride, my friends. Don’t wait. Just go.
