They close at Ten but the door was locked at 9:30. I think I could have went to the drive through but I wasn't going to eat in the car. Do you close at nine or not? 30 min is plenty time to eat fast food.

Great food and customer service, I usually order from the drive thru, only downside is that the menu is not placed in a convenient location. The advertised foods is the first thing you see, next is the speaker to place your order...If you're not familiar with the menu, you would need to past the speaker in order to view it. If you're lucky, no one will be on your bumper waiting to place their order because you may not be able to back up to the speaker.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Panera. They didn't bother to greet us when we came in, even though there was staff at the front. Staff continued to pack up food from the front display before greeting us after a few minutes. They struggled to answer basic questions and the food was sub par. We got the baguette chicken and pepperoni and the basic pepperoni and cheese. The sandwiches were greasy and did not fill the roll. Let's not even talk about the bathrooms.

Nothing really bad… however nothing really great either. Two bagels and a coffee $17? Just nothing that would motivate me to come back

It took 45 minutes to get two sandwiches. Wasn’t crowded at all. Will not be going back.

I got the turkey BLT (without tomatoes)... and Oh Wow!! If I had time I would have thanked the cook, because that food felt like it was loved!

Nobody at the front to take my order when I arrived. When they finally came they were nice, though. The food was good, but the water tasted really gross. Unfortunately.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking

This Panera was hard to find because it was listed in the wine spot on the map. The for was really good as always, but the water tasted bad. I'm not sure if they need to replace the water filter, or if they don't have one at all, but it is the worst tasting water of all the Paneras that I've been to (across several states).Parking: Lots of available parking

For was not what I was expecting at a panera. I was hoping for organized food rather then thrown together food from burger joints. And the drink station was watered down. The staff was quick, but beware or the bathroom there utterly disgusting.

This was my first time eating at Panera and it will be by last. I ordered the Mexican street corn online after picking my location. I went through the drive thru to pick up and was told they were out. Not a big deal ( disappointed of course) I asked for a refund and was told they could not give me one since I ordered online. Jason (manager) told me they didn’t know how to return my money and I would have to go online for a refund. I tried to cancel the order but was not allowed. I called customer service and the gentleman told me they were able to refund me as they were a franchise and take care of these situations in house. He had to create a case and send it to the owner and I would receive a call within 5 days. I said that’s not okay, I went back to Panera with the rep on the phone and told them what he said. Then they gave me my refund. If product is discontinued as I was told, it shouldn’t be available to order! You should absolutely be able to refund a customers money if you’re not providing the food or service. Jason was nice as was the Panera rep but I will never eat at a Panera again. For something that should have taken 3 minutes took 20 and was beyond irritating.
