I have to say that this location has the hardest working young man in charge of bringing food to customers. He deserves kudos and a bonus!
Nice staff, good food, quiet atmosphere.
My husband and I go to the Schlotzsky's on N Dowlen quite a bit and we pretty much have a standard order. Every single time it's great! The food is consistently good. The drinks and even the iced tea are consistently reliable. The main thing that we like the most though is the lady that works the drive thru (her name is Karen).
She's always personable and friendly and makes us feel at home.
