Takes more than an hour to get a pizza.
They don’t answer the “where’s my pizza” line.
Then call back and still on hold!!!
Meanwhile, I have 3 young grandkids waiting for our pizza party dinner.

This store made a mistake on an online order. The receipt shows 2 pizzas. one is deleted but still appears on the receipt. The one charged for, a 2 topping pizza was ignored. Rather than read the order and maybe call the customer they go ahead and make the deleted pizza. A call to customer service was fruitless. Attitudes less than service oriented. No satisfaction.
