I absolutely love coming to this Pizza Hut. Because we are treated like family especially by the General Manager Mr. Malcolm. He is sooooo compassionated, courteous, respectful, hardworking, caring and he takes care of all his customers like family. I'm grateful because we come to this Pizza Hut daily my Son who has Autism loves this Pizza. Thank you for going the extra mile.
We came when they were very busy but the service was amazing. Tay and Sonja are wonderful and light up the store. Delicious food!

This store on College, is so clean and prompt. The manager Malcom is outstanding. Mr Malcolm is accurate, professional,kind, fast, knowledgeable. He deserves a raise and more. If I could place no stars then no stars it would be. It's pretty much irrelevant to order pizza online and then when you get here it's not even ready. Told me it would be ready by 10:40 and I get here and they said they didn't see the order online and that I should have called. Now it will be another 25 to 30 minutes. Thats pretty much your break time. I knew I should have ordered elsewhere. That's why I don't order pizza from here anymore.

This Pizza Hut is a joke. I like it when the store manager is there because he would get everything done on time. This is my second time, I placed an online order 10-15 minutes before my arrival that I had to walk out with no food. If the store manager is not there then it’s one person circus. The worker will not talk to customers who pick up their orders but stand by the oven.

Delivery guy never knocked on the door. Took a picture of the pizza he sat somewhere near the pool area. Order was marked delivered. We never got our food.

was calling to see if they were hiring, lady put me on hold for over 20 minutes! I just hung up because the annoying ai robots were getting on my nerves. I usually never complain but to put a customer on hold for over 20 MINUTES is so unprofessional, will never try to apply there again.
