Went through the drive through , didn’t catch the young lady’s name but she had on a black puffer jacket with braids , and her customer service was PHENOMENAL . I’m new here from Jacksonville FL and so used to the Popeyes girlies being rude that her being so nice caught me completely off guard ! RAISE HER PLS !! And my food was fresh and good !!! We love to see it ! Good customer service goes a long way .
I give them a five star for the young man working the drive thru! We don’t always tip but this young man genuinely cares about his customers and apologizes for any wait you have and always make sure everything is in our order. I give it to this location though…they are always slammed but they manage to get people in & out as fast as their fryers will let them. I read the other reviews and honestly I don’t get why people are so rude because they know they will be waiting...read full review
