The oysters were good. Shrimp etouffee was good for the price. And the service was excellent. The only problem was that the drinks such as Dr. Pepper and water had a weird taste. They took the soda off of the ticket.
Seafood platter was worth it, but who serves crab cakes without remoulade? The stuffed shrimp needed it, too. The hush puppies were bland and super thick and gummy. We popped out the rolly ball of internal cornmeal and just ate the crunchy exterior. The fries were well seasoned, but sadly they were the best part of the platter.
