Sertinos Coffee (HEB Kiosk)

Whoever was working around 10:20am Oct 1 was so amazing! Extremely friendly and helped me customize my drink to my exact preference! Also very affordable

Everything about this location is amazing. I prefer this one over the estex location. My experience has never been nagative, they always make my lattes the way i like to perfection. Its always such a pleasing atmosphere between the 2 employees i always come across, never disappointed. The other location likes to put regulars infront of customers who have already paid and for that i wont go back to them.

The guy that works there is wonderful. He is always sweet, honest with you about your coffee order (if he knows it’s a lousy choice) and he will create a coffee based off of a few questions. I get something new every time and I usually savor it way past grocery shopping. Sometimes I schedule my groceries in Beaumont just so I can get coffee from him. Thank you for making my life more fun sir!

Mr Nathan is an awesome coffee barista he makes DELICIOUS COFFE, is very respectful , chatty, has great recommendations, but he don’t put up with no bs so don’t try it

I shop early mornings at H-E-B on Dowlen and almost always get coffee from Nathan at Sertinos. He is usually very conversational, chirpy, outgoing, and excellent at his job. And it does not go without appreciation .However, this morning when I was waiting to get my coffee, he was talking to me and my six year old. Felt the need to tell Mr. Nathan. "can you just stop talking and make my mom's coffee so I can go home"I immediately corrected my son, and told him that that was not nice and to apologize.Well my son did not apologize he just rolled his eyes and mr Nathan .Completely shifted his mood and personality and said "little guy I don't think you know who your talking to "He proceeded to tell my son not to ever come back to the store. And that he was going to be in for a rude awakening.Well for the couple first minutes of this going on, I thought he was joking so I tried to laugh it off with him. When I was paying for my coffee, he told me that he worked with children for so many years before he worked there. And that I was going to have serious issues with my son .I am usually not the person to go out of my way to make a bad complaint, but when I realize that he was not joking around with my son, and giving him a death stare and that he was very serious, I almost feel like if he was just a little closer, he would have grabbed my son . I do not like the way he verbally attacked him.I feel like this whole scenario could have been avoided if he would have just kept his perky chirpy attitude and not let a six year old get the best of him . .

They used to be really great until this younger blonde girl with long eyelash extensions came into the picture. The coffee isn't the same anymore. Also I used be able to go in 20 minutes before closing and they would still be serving coffee. Since when did they start closing down to making coffee due to the esspresso side being clean already. You close at 7. Shouldn't you clean after you're close. Some people look forward to coffee when grocery shopping. That just didn't help my day. We literally had to ask up until when do they stop serving coffee. She said they guarantee being able to make coffee before 6:30pm......Edit* I emailed them and Victoria was so kind about taking care of it. Meaning she would talk to her employers. Their business is to make coffee until 7. Thank you Victoria for caring so much about us coffee lovers ☕️ to buying more coffee ☕️?

Normally when i go to sertinos in heb the young man thats working greet you he takes pride to make sure your coffee rightToday the 2 young ladies were there. The blonde hair girl hair pullled back made coffee it was horrible she needs training i sip coffee was not hot. I never have a bad experience but first time for everything. Ladies today with me was pityful. Stop talking among your selves Take care customer greet customers.

Didn’t realize it was in HEB, but pleasantly surprised. They have your typical coffee options and a few with a twist. Worth the try when in the area. A bonus that you can browse the HEB as well.

Coffee is better than average; some employees more welcoming than others. Don't bother getting a gift card because either the employees don't know how to take it as payment, or your card will become invalid with no balance. If all you want or drink is a good cup of coffee then you can get the same or better at most gas stations or convenience stores.

Coffee was fantastic! They made me feel like I was part of the family the entire 2.5 minutes I was there. I laughed, I cried, but most importantly I drank delicious coffee. The impact from this experience has been nothing short of life changing. 10/10 would get over-caffeinated here again!

Three sizes of coffee for 1, 2, or 3 shots of espresso. Some shops charge you extra for the largest size but it is only 2 shots of coffee with the extra volume made up of water only. Not my idea of value but Sertino's treats you to that extra shot even if you don't ask for it. Just order tge Magnum size cup of coffee and you're good!

Ohmygoodness. I'm glad I chose this place over Starbucks. Like I love Starbucks but this place right here 20Xs better. The person who served me was absolutely great. (I'm not sure his name. But serves was amazing)This will be my go to whenever I need my coffee
