They frequently don’t have the ingredients for the smoothie bowls. I ordered a couple of bowls on Sunday through the app, paid about $23, and when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they didn’t have the ingredients. I was told by the manager to seek a refund through the app. There is no specific refund request action, so I filled out a feedback response and asked to be contacted. I have not been contacted. I also have not been refunded. The app instructs me to contact the store.

The smoothie was ok, not what I wanted but they were out of strawberries and they so rudely stated to the people in front of us (which was a party of 5) so because they were horribly rude to the first 2 people who asked about the strawberries (which is part of more than half the menu) The other 3 decided not to order. Which is why my BF decided not to order as well. I ordered and asked about my bill being different than the menu price they told me over and over I was wrong and finally said the menu price was wrong. "It's an old menu" So at least you should ask what the price is for whatever you want because it won't be menu price it will be almost a dollar more. (In our case)

They should teach the girl working the register to ask customers what they would like instead of looking at the screen with her back turned assuming we knew she was ready to take our order. Overall a really weird experience.

Darlene Williams, the manager, was very rude to my girlfriend today for no reason. She ordered a drink in a styrofoam cup, they made it in a plastic cup, and they blamed it on my girlfriend and then proceeded to cut my girlfriend off and tell her “I am not listening to you today.” Very unprofessional.
A few days ago, I stopped in at this location, not really sure what I wanted to get. Lucky for me, I had the good fortune to be helped by Donna. She was very patient, asked questions about dietary restrictions, goals & outlined options to help me figure out what to get. This level of customer service is rare, and I really appreciate her efforts. Thanks to Donna, I'll definitely be back.
