I was falsely accused of being a hostile customer after politely asking for Darlene William manager. Police was called and trespassing warning was issued. I arrived at Smoothie King drive thru on Dowlen on 8/14/23 at approximately 7:55 am. Ordered a smoothie with plastic cup. Received styrofoam cup. I politely asked for a plastic cup. Darlene Williams rudely said ,"they can't switch it out ,"and handed me a plastic cup. While I was putting the plastic cup in my cup holder. Darlene William rudely say's ," You need to move your vehicle". I moved my vehicle and went inside. I politely asked to speak to the manger. Darlene William said she was the manager. I asked to get Darlene William's supervisors information to properly file a complaint. Darlene William said she don't have a number and I had to go online. Darlene Willam starts telling me in a rude manner that I should be ashamed of myself for coming in here about a cup. I politely was trying to explain to her that it wasn't about a cup, it was her rude demeanor and poor customer service. While politely trying to explain to her, she continued to talk over me and raised her voice. Darlene William started screaming and yelling at me telling me I need to get out of her store and that she wasn't giving me her supervisor's information and that she was going to call the cops on me if I didn't leave her store. I politely told her that I don't mind waiting to speak to the officer. While I stood there holding my laptop I began to look directly at the lobby camera. Darlene William then called the cops and stated she had a hostile customer that was refusing to leave the store. Then she called her supervisor. Darlene William then comes around the countertop, telling me that she's about to lock the door and that I need to leave her store right now. Darlene Williams expressed hostile, irate rude expressions toward me that made me feel unwanted in the store so I decided that I was going to patiently wait in my vehicle. Darlene William then starts walking behind me. I felt threatened. Once I made it to the door. I turned around and told her to have a blessed day. She then yelled at me stating," You too Heffa". I spoke to the police and explained the situation and advised him that she filed a false complaint and I was not hostile in any manner. I'm extremely upset about the outcome of this situation. I was polite the entire time. I simply requested for her supervisor number and in result I received a trespass warning. I want to file an official complaint against Darlene Williams. I would like to speak to someone regarding this matter- or I will have to result to seeking legal counsel against Darlene Williams and Smoothie King.

Absolutely ridiculous. We arrived at 8:40 and waited in line until 8:55. They are not supposed to close until 9. The car in front had ordered and during the entire time waiting for their drinks, no one said anything to us. At 8:54 the truck left, and about a minute later a boy comes on the speaker and says, "Sorry, we are closed." I understand that sometimes people come in 5 minutes before closing and while that is annoying, we were waiting for 15 minutes and left with nothing at all. The Smoothie King on Phelan is way better, they are always nice and make the drinks fairly quickly. I do not recommend this Smoothie King on Dowlen.

I am a delivery driver. I went to the front door at 8:30 pm, which it was locked. I observed an older woman at a register and a little young girl, making a drink. I tapped on door to show my phone with delivery. I was ignored. I did that 2 times, still ignored. I walked to drive thru and was still ignored. I tapped on the window, no response. customer came thru drive to order and only then was I acknowledged. I asked why I was ignored, the older lady lied and said she didn't see me! She did.. And I said for sure, the young girl did because she motioned to older woman several times while I was at the window.. At that time the young one made a growling sound. I asked if you had a problem! We exchanged some words. I told them I'm trying to make a living too. And they are rude for ignoring me! I will not accept anymore orders for delivery from here.

I used to work at the Lumberton location, so I have tried most of the smoothies, and most are pretty good. My favorites are the pumpkin yogurt d-lite, strawberry blueberry Greek yogurt, and lean 1 vanilla. My three complaints are that 1) the prices keep going up even though I know for a fact that it’s not expensive to make the smoothies and 2) corporate keeps changing the recipes so some smoothies that were really delicious before are just okay now. I wish they would stop fixing stuff that isn’t broken. None of this is the Beaumont location’s fault though. What I do wish that this store would fix is how slow the service is. I have waited 20+ minutes for my one smoothie with two cars ahead of me. The Lumberton location isn’t that slow, so I wish this store would get with the program.

The lights are on and nobody was home. It was 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday, and we walked in (presumably by an employee with a shirt and headset on). We reviewed our options, waited about 5-10 minutes, and no service.We walked out past the same empl (?) who was still on his phone, and we weren't acknowledged.There was a car at the drive through as well, not sure if they got service.
