To the manager of the Starbucks on Dowlen, your team this morning (9a-930a) on 10/13/18 is doing an awesome job. As I sat in the store waiting for my mobile order and watch as they got slammed with mobile orders, drive thru orders, as well as walk ins and corrected orders, they still made it wrk which looked to be only 4-5 staff working. I saw customers with attitudes because of the wait, but to say there were soo many orders and only those 4-5 workers were there, they did that!!��
Young lady at the window. Very kind and energetic. Her little dance brought a smile to my face. I needed it. I was laying my sister to rest. Had tears in my eyes and she gave me some joy
The wait was abit, but they were so nice, Dont frequent starbucks much but will def come again! That Tiffany lady was SO sweet.

Starbucks Coffee Company provides a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. The staff is super nice and the drinks are ready quickly, especially for drive-thru orders. Some customers have had great experiences, with one customer enjoying the cake batter iced coffee and another loving the Keto Pink Drink. The staff is also nice and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. However, some customers have had issues with slow service, having to wait 20 minutes for their order. The prices are also considered high, with some drinks costing almost $7.00. Despite this, the location is small and clean, and some customers have had quick and pleasant experiences, such as one customer who received their drink in just five minutes. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a good experience, with nice staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
