To the manager of the Starbucks on Dowlen, your team this morning (9a-930a) on 10/13/18 is doing an awesome job. As I sat in the store waiting for my mobile order and watch as they got slammed with mobile orders, drive thru orders, as well as walk ins and corrected orders, they still made it wrk which looked to be only 4-5 staff working. I saw customers with attitudes because of the wait, but to say there were soo many orders and only those 4-5 workers were there, they did that!!��
Every time I go to this Starbucks not only do I wait (even though I order mobile 10 minutes ahead) for my drink but they also mess my drink up!! Funny thing the only thing I request special is an extra shot of espresso and no foam! How is it they mess that kind of order up?!?!?
This is usually a good Starbuck's but not today!! They were very slow with the drive-thru. When I go to pay the gal was very rude.
